Provides students with a theoretical foundation and practical experiences in measuring, inventorying, and describing trees, stands, and forests. Students will collect and analyze real datasets and prepare technical reports. To successfully complete this course students are expected to demonstrate proficiency in field sampling and analytical methods used in forest science.
